Over the course of its 34-year history, Library Designs has developed a national reputation as a leading designer of facilities for arts and education, and has worked extensively with colleges, universities, and secondary schools in the United States. 

In 2002 our founder received a patent for the Universal Air Lift, a pneumatic shelving lift to relocate loaded library cantilever shelving for the replacement of carpet. With our Universal Air Lift, we can handle library remodel projects.
